I am a huge n00b of course but I had already pictured Ken Watanabe for Khal Drogo...maybe you already posted but who plays Khal?
I picked the big guy who played Sauron in LoTR... Ken is a good pick I think based on personality, but Khal Drogo is supposed to be a big guy. A lot of people like the Rock for that role

I love playing the fantasy casting game. If only all these actors saw ASOIAF as a charity, because I doubt this could be well afforded.
Still liking Ken Watanabe for Drogo after some time on the 'roids...love those guys for Varys and Littlefinger...Ian Holm is an actor that is actually plausible for the show all things considered...and Ben Kingsley as Syrio (in an expanded tv role) would be terrific.
There are some characters who I just picture as these actors, even before I made my lists. Syrio Forel is one of them. I feel like when GRRM wrote the books he had Kingsley in mind.
